Construindo o Futuro is a non-governmental organization that develops projects based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through the creation of embassies with leaders and volunteers around the world.

I joined the organization as an ambassador in August 2021 through a project fair organized by the Latin American Leadership Academy. After a few months I became the coordinator of the technology team and general assistant and a year later I was promoted to director.

As Operations Director, I am responsible for managing five teams (Marketing, Projects, Technology, Coordination, and Events), applying ideas to improve the development of national and international projects. As one of the International Coordinators, I manage four global embassies in Vietnam, India, Liberia, and Peru, guiding them in the development and execution of projects.
